Common questions

A few things to know.

Can crypto be recovered if I’ve lost my keys?

Sometimes, depending on what remains. An encrypted wallet file, a device or an incomplete backup may provide a starting point. If all private keys and backups are gone and no exploitable weakness exists, there may be no technical recovery route.

Should I send my seed phrase or wallet password?

No. Keep seed phrases, private keys, passwords and wallet files out of this form and ordinary email. The initial review only needs a high-level description.

Does submitting a request commit me to anything?

This form asks our team to review your situation and contact you. It does not authorize recovery work or accept a fee agreement.
